HOW LONG IS AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION?
My sessions typically run 55-60 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.

If you would like a longer session at any time, please feel free to ask so that I can hold a space for you. The fee for longer sessions will be pro-rated.

I always allow extra time during your first session of up to 1 ½ hours. This provides both of us with a settling in period and time for reflection and questions, especially if you are new to therapy.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
I normally recommend to start with weekly sessions, however it is unique to every client, and can change over time. We will discuss and decide this together throughout our sessions.
ARE MY SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Everything that you share with me will remain confidential. I always allow extra time between your appointment and those of other clients to ensure your complete confidentiality and privacy.

Rarely do my clients have to use the waiting area however if you do, perhaps you have arrived early, I want it to be private and a space of your own to take a moment for yourself.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Just come as you are.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
You do not need a referral to see me.
HOW MUCH IS EACH SESSION?
Sessions are $175 for a 55-60 minute individual appointment either face to face or online using Zoom.
Initial sessions are $200 for a 90 minute (1 and 1/2 hour) individual appointment either face to face or online using Zoom.

At this time, I am unable to offer private health insurance or Medicare rebates and I will advise you when that becomes available.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel a session or do not attend a session with less than 48-hours notice, payment will be required in full.
